How pre-orders work for upcoming sealed releases.

Placing a Pre-Order

Pre-order items are charged at the time of order to secure your allocation unless stated otherwise.

Release & Dispatch

Pre-orders ship on or shortly after the manufacturer's release date. Release dates are set by publishers and can change.

Mixed Orders

If you order pre-order and in-stock items together, the whole order may ship when the pre-order is released — order separately if you need in-stock items sooner.

Cancellation

You may cancel a pre-order before it ships for a full refund. See our Cancellation Policy.
